Refills and Supplies
Most treatments for exotic pets are compounded, whether through our online supplier or in-house by our veterinary team to ensure quality control, proper concentration, and correct dosages. Most exotic pet treatments fall under the Extra Label Drug Use category since there are only a handful of treatments approved for them. Please remember to follow the instructions by our doctors, staff, and the manufacturer when administering treatments to your pet.
- Your pet must be an active patient and seen within the last 3–6 months to request refills.
- You can request refills through our Digitail app, via our online form below, or by phone.
- Standard refill requests take 24-48 hours.
- Most refills can be shipped starting at $11.00.
- We do not work directly with third-party providers. Third-party options are not always cheaper—we aim to keep our prices fair.
