Ferret Surgeries

Special equipment is used during many procedures.

We utilize the Ellman Surgitron 4.0 Radiosurgical unit for many of our surgical procedures.  Radiosurgery does not burn or char the tissue and is safer than laser surgery.  Other benefits of radiosurgery include decreased blood loss, pain, and swelling, reduced risk of infection, and quicker recovery time.
